De Wine Spot can only accept the return of defective goods. In such instances, we will offer a replacement of the same item, refund the original form of payment or issue a store credit. If the purchase was made using cash, the customer must supply a receipt as proof the purchase was made at De Wine Spot.
If you made your purchase online, shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
