Customers may choose Optional Shipping Protection at checkout. If selected, we will replace any products damaged during shipment once clear photos of the damage and packaging are provided.
If Shipping Protection is not selected, we will assist in filing a claim with the courier. Resolution may be delayed and approval is subject to the carrier.
