How do I cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we're happy to cancel it for you.

Just reach out to us with your order number and a request to cancel, and we'll confirm once it's done. If you paid by card, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

If you'd like to cancel one order to combine it with another (for example, to reach our free shipping threshold), let us know right away — we can only combine orders before they've shipped.
